This Keto Crack Slaw is so delicious it will quickly become a staple in your rotation. It’s one of the first recipes our whole family fell in love with.

This Keto Crack Slaw Makes Sticking to Keto Easier
When I think of simple low-carb comfort food, this crack slaw comes to mind. There isn’t any “crack” in it, of course, but the flavors are bold and addictive. Best of all, kids tend to love it too, so it’s a reliable way to get a healthy meal on the table without a fight.

We often make this on busy days—on a recent video shoot we ate it between takes. It’s slightly spicy (adjust the sriracha to suit your heat preference) and packed with savory flavor.
You can use ground beef, turkey, or chicken — it works great with any of them. Swap the protein depending on what you have and how lean you’d like the dish to be.

Keto Crack Slaw Tips & Tricks
- Minced garlic saves time—jarred minced garlic is convenient and lasts a long time. Use fresh if you prefer, but minced garlic is a practical shortcut.
- Any of the proteins (beef, turkey, chicken) work well. Choose based on your taste and desired fat content.
- If you want a low-carb sweetener, use Splenda or another sugar substitute you like. Adjust sweetness to taste.
