  • salt and pepper

Instructions 

  • Shuck each ear of corn. Spread about 1 teaspoon of butter or brush with olive oil, then season with salt and pepper. Wrap each ear tightly in aluminum foil to seal in moisture and flavor.
  • Place the foil-wrapped ears in the crock pot in a single layer or slightly overlapping if necessary.
  • Cover and cook on High for about 4 hours, or until the kernels are tender when pierced with a fork. Serve hot, unwrapping the foil carefully to avoid steam.
